Once your order is placed it can take between 1 – 48 hours for order processing (for all pre-orders the processing period can be up to 4 business days). You will be notified via e-mail as soon as your order is ready to be dispatched.

Kristina Fidelskaya offers complimentary delivery on all orders worldwide.

We use FedEx International Priority for all shipments and offer delivery within 2-5 business days to any destination (subject to customs clearance at the country of recipient as well as delivery to rural areas) as we aim to provide the quickest & most reliable service to enhance your shopping experience at Kristina Fidelskaya. Please note that a valid proof of identity & signature will be required upon delivery of all orders.

We work with trusted local courier partners for domestic deliveries within the UAE. For orders including ready-to-ship pieces placed in Dubai and Abu Dhabi before 12:00 PM, same-day delivery is available. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following day. For all other Emirates, delivery is typically within 1 to 3 business days.

The prices for Kristina Fidelskaya products & services on our website are fixed in AED (United Arab Emirates dirham) and with the currency conversion tool can be seen in one of the multiple presented currencies. The conversion tool is there to provide you with the current currency rate which may change as per the real time changes on the currency market. We reserve the rights for/to:

• the currency rates not to match to the exact rates of the official sources;
• apply any changes to the prices as per the brand’s discretion (for the non-shipped items only);
• apply discounts and special offers at any time for any duration period as per the brand’s discretion.

All prices displayed on Kristina Fidelskaya website are VAT inclusive. All other duties & taxes are excluded.

Every shipment is made on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that once shipped goods have reached their destination country, your order may be subject to import duties, local taxes and other fees specific to the country and local customs authority.

Your order can be easily tracked through your account on our website from the moment your order is placed until it is delivered to your door. From the moment the shipping label is created you may also track your order on the FedEx website with a corresponding tracking number.

Your previous orders tracking information is stored in the “My Orders” section of your account information.

Order processing and delivery times duration is a standard practice information which could possibly be affected by delays during peak seasons or due to a high volume of orders, as well as payment authorization and stock availability which will be communicated to you in the shortest time possible.

Each order shipped from Kristina Fidelskaya website is insured from the moment it leaves our warehousing facility until it reaches your provided address only. Once order has reached its destination, the shipper & courier are no longer liable and/or responsible for the shipped items.

You can exchange your purchase for an alternative size and color within 7 days of delivery date.

There is no cost if you are UAE based.

If you are based outside the UAE, a shipping fee, taxes and duties are applicable.

If you wish to try another style, simply return your original item for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately.

Items purchased on our website within the GCC are eligible for return if they are returned within 7 days of the delivery date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached.

Items purchased on our website outside the GCC are eligible for return if they are returned within 14 days of the delivery date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached.

Items purchased on our website outside the UAE are not eligible for complimentary returns. A shipping fee, along with applicable taxes and duties, will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that bespoke and altered items are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange.

At Kristina Fidelskaya, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality, luxury products.

We therefore reserve the right to monitor and inspect all returns.

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 14 working days from the delivery date for your return to be processed.

Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include refusing to accept the return and sending the item back to the purchaser.
